En este episodio del podcast, ceci nos cuenta anécdotas de su vida como deportista del más alto nivel y nos da varios tips para potenciar la Actitud Ganadora.

Ceci Rognoni es mamá de 3 hijos y una leona con tremenda actitud ganadora para todas las cosas que se propone en la vida. Conocida por su garra y liderazgo en la cancha, inició su carrera en el Hockey desde chiquita en su ciudad natal de Buenos Aires en Argentina. Años después se convierte en pieza clave del mito de Las Leonas ganadoras de la medalla de plata en las olimpiadas de Sydney y luego campeonas del mundo en Perth. Tiene un medallero tremendo pero eso no le quitó ni un poquito su humildad. La vida la trajo a jugar profesionalmente a Holanda donde se convirtió en Mamá y actualmente es coach de Hockey y emprendedora.

Jaime Gonzalez Presto es un ejemplo de Intrapreneur con tremenda Actitud Ganadora. Hizo carrera corporativa abriendo mercados globales en el sector agrícola, desempeñándose en áreas muy diversas de la cadena de valor. Hoy es country manager de Genexus, el buque insignia del software uruguayo. Además es músico, actor, teacher de inglés, multifacético por donde se lo mire.

En este episodio del podcast de Actitud Ganadora tengo el agrado de compartir la historia de Leo y el viaje que lo ha llevado a tocar las vidas de miles de jóvenes en el mundo inspirándolos a ingresar al mundo emprendedor.

Leo Martellotto es padre de familia, emprendedor y triatleta. Inició su carrera emprendedora de muy joven participando en un programa en el secundario ligado a Junior Achievement (JA), donde se fomentaba la actitud emprendedora, creando una micro empresa con sus compañeros de clase en Córdoba, Argentina.

Años mas tarde se convierte en Director Ejecutivo de JA Córdoba y sigue creciendo formándose constantemente en programas de liderazgo como el de PENN y Harvard University.

En 2014 se convierte en el presidente de JA Americas, la ONG más grande de Américas y el Caribe, potenciando talento y fomentando una nueva realidad para miles de jóvenes. Además hace malabarismos para ser triatleta competitivo, clasificando a los Ironman World Championships dos veces.

Philip Schemmekes is a top sporter who re-focused all his energy from his times as a professional Basketball player into his project in social entrepreneurship, co-founding the Triple Threat foundation.
