Valerie Vallenduuk is a serial entrepreneur with an unstoppable winning attitude. Before starting her entrepreneurial journey, she was a corporate lawyer for 15 years. And then, she decided to jump all in into becoming a successful entrepreneur. Besides running her different businesses in Europe and The Caribbean, She works together with multiple private and public organizations to empower starting entrepreneurs. When founding Present your Startup, she became much more exposed to the reality and needs of many innovative projects that need an extra boost to become successful. She combines all of this with being a present mother.

En este episodio tengo la alegría de poder compartir una charla con el campeón Juampi González Rodríguez. De chiquito su espíritu inquieto encontró su lugar en el mundo cuando pasaba el día entero a caballo en el campo de su familia. Él era de la ciudad, es más, es mi primer amigo porque vivíamos en frente y jugábamos desde muy chiquitos. Pero cada oportunidad que tenía en las vacaciones se escapaba a arrear ganado o lo que fuese para montar su Zaino. Con los años esa pasión se convirtió en profesión y se transformó en uno de los mejores jinetes de Sudamérica y el mejor de Uruguay. Ganó múltiples premios a mejor jinete del año, campeón de freno de oro en múltiples ocasiones en Uruguay y clasificó 7 veces a la final del freno de Oro en Esteio, Brasil. Es padre de 3, está casado con Andrea que le banca la pasión a full, es emprendedor con su propio centro de alto rendimiento para caballos criollos y sobre todas las cosas, un perseverante con una disciplina de hierro en un deporte de baja exposición mediática.

Afke van de Wouw is an experienced high-performance sport psychologist with huge experience in Football, Hockey, Cycling and Tennis. Her background as a physiotherapist gave her a huge advantage in understanding the holistic view of the Top Sporters that approach her as clients. She´s also an entrepreneur and public speaker, founder of Wouw Performance Coaching. Has been a sport psychologist and consultant of The Netherlands Olympic Teams and football clubs such as Utrecht, Venlo, Vitesse and Twente. She recently published the book “Leren Presteren” which is available since this week on the market (Dutch) and hopefully will be available soon in English and other languages.
